Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Drifters Surf Shop

Eligibility Window

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item meets the criteria below.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

The product must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed

  • In its original packaging

  • Tags intact and undamaged

  • Free from stains, odors, or modifications

Items Not Eligible

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Swimwear, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Final clearance or sale items

  • Products damaged due to user mishandling

  • Customized goods

Exchange Process

  1. Email your request with order details: support@driftersurfshop.in

  2. Provide images of the product to verify eligibility

  3. Ship the product back to us (address will be provided via email)

  4. After inspection, exchange/replacement will be shipped within 7–10 working days

Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only after returned items pass quality checks.

Refund method depends on the original payment method:

  • Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery orders → refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Refunds may take 5–14 business days to reflect depending on bank/payment processor.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos and unboxing video (for logistic disputes)

We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost.

  • Remote areas may require extra transit time

Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges apply and will be displayed at checkout

  • Free shipping may apply during special promotions

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner details

  • Live tracking link

Delivery Attempts

Courier services usually attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the parcel.
If returned due to non-availability, re-shipping charges may apply.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Heligan Private Limited will not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Inactive contact number

  • Recipient unavailable at delivery time

International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available, unless specified during special campaigns.

Delayed Deliveries

Delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier network issues

  • Strikes or unforeseen circumstances

We will assist you in coordinating with logistics partners where possible.
