Exchange Process

Refund Process
Refunds are initiated only after returned items pass quality checks.
Refund method depends on the original payment method:

Cash on Delivery orders → refunded via bank transfer or store credit
Refunds may take 5–14 business days to reflect depending on bank/payment processor.
